Please review our shipping guidelines and estimates below.

1. Order Processing Time

  • You will receive another notification with a tracking link when your order has officially shipped.

  • Note: Processing times may take slightly longer during high-volume sales periods or holiday seasons.

3. International Shipping

4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

6. Damages & Lost Packages

Vibes Market is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
